TIPS : Mobile Phone Not Vibrate

Sometime you need to keep your mobile phone in silent mode. Unfortunately the vibrator not work

Here are the tips that you can do to the vibrator function again, but you need to dismantle the mobile phone

Here are my friend mobile phone Sony Ericsson K530i for use in routine job. It 's not vibrate, only ringing.

Firstly,before you dismantle the mobile phone,you must ensure that all setting for vibrate are 'ON'.

Actually the basic function for vibrator are same for all mobile phone.

Using the multimeter , set value to X1 , set the positive (+) and negative (-) probe to the vibrator pin.

if the vibrator start to rotate, it's mean the vibrator are not spoil. try to clean the contact pin.

if the vibrator rotate in intermittent , give a little bit ointment to the vibrator, one drop of eg.WD-40.

or replace with new vibrator. You can buy it at nearest mobile phone repairing shop. Just pay for the part
